| RETURNS AND DAMAGED GOODS POLICY |

We pledge to give our customers the best service we can provide with our personal attention and the best value on every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just return it in its original condition within seven (7) days of receipt of your order and we'll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping costs and insurance are not refundable. If you receive a shipment that is damaged upon receipt, notify the carrier's delivery person and contact us immediately. Our shipments are insured and we'll file a claim with the carrier that delivered your order. Please retain the package and its contents, as the carrier may want to inspect them.
